Air Cushion Headbox

Headbox is used to spurt and flow the pulp with certain consistency to the forming wires. It has normal-pressure type(open type), close type (pneumatic) and turbulence type(hydraulic type).

1. Main structure:

square cone, distributor, plexiglass, three step diffusion, spiral hole homogenate roller, front and rear adjustable upper lip plate, worm gear whole adjustment and spinner local adjustment.

Both sides of the wall are equipped with plexiglass visual hole, and the two sides of the spray mouth are equipped with a quick open flush door, which is convenient for observing and cleaning the inner part of the headbox.

The top of the tank is provided with visual windows and water spraying devices. The rear side of the square tube is provided with a cleaning device and a pressure balance display tube, respectively, for cleaning the stepped diffuser and observing the pressure balance.

2. Applicable speed range: 160-480m/min
